The second condition is the position of the enemy. If the target is in an area that is advantageous for Akali, I will definitely dash. But if the enemy is standing under the turret with full health, dashing is not a wise choice.

Allow Akali to dash twice. The second dash deals more damage. And even more if the enemy is below 35% health. The great thing about this skill is that it deals wide area damage.
